I was born and raised in Guelph, Ontario. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph, and I’m currently completing the Masters of Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (M.OMP) program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.
Before getting into rehabilitation, I played competitive ringette for 16 years, including Team Ontario and the National Ringette League. That background shaped how I look at the body, how movement patterns, compensation, and recovery all connect.
My approach is holistic. I look at the whole body, not just the area that hurts, and I focus on treating the root cause of pain—not simply chasing symptoms. My goal is to help you restore function, move better, and get back to feeling like yourself.
